We only distribute to Singapore on this website. Please select your country to be redirected to the right platform in the footer.

Our warehouse is based in Singapore.

We use a private refrigerated carrier to ensure optimum conditions for maintaining the quality and freshness of our products.

Shipping schedule and timelines

All orders placed before 12PM (noon) from Monday to Thursday are prepared and dispatched the next day. Orders placed on Fridays are dispatched the following Monday.

During high-activity times like Chinese New Year, Christmas and Easter, preparation and delivery may take longer.

* Please note that we don't ship or deliver on Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays, and days surrounding public holidays.

In store click & collect

On store opening days, you can order within 4 hours and collect your order on the same day.

The order will be kept for 3 days from the date of collection. The order will not be kept beyond this period and cannot be reimbursed or replaced under any circumstances.
