Our warehouse is based in Singapore.

We use a private refrigerated carrier to ensure optimum conditions for maintaining the quality and freshness of our products.

Shipping schedule and timelines

All orders placed before 12PM (noon) from Monday to Friday are prepared and dispatched the next day.

 

Orders placed between Friday at 12 PM and Sunday will be dispatched the subsequent Monday.

During high-activity times like Chinese New Year, Christmas and Easter, preparation and delivery may take longer.

* Please note that we don't ship or deliver on Sundays, public holidays, and days surrounding public holidays.

In store click & collect

Currently unavailable in Singapore; we offer delivery services exclusively.
